Originally built by Samuel Pomeroy in 1859, the Baldwin Farm has remained in the Baldwin family through many generations and has been home to many joyous family gatherings and a variety of farming activities through the years.
In 2017, Toby and Cameo Casey purchased the family farm and, with the help of their nine children, immediately set about restoring the Farm to operation. Since then, they have built-up a flock of laying chickens, raised thousands of pasture-raised broilers, and added cattle, hogs, and turkeys to their care. While these efforts started solely personal consumption, the family quickly realized others were interested in their products and Baldwin Farm LLC was formed in March 2018 to begin offering sale of eggs and meats from the Farm’s 24/7 store. In 2022, they are excited to begin offering products for sale through the website and are finalizing plans for a second Farm store nearby.
Today, the Caseys are proudly helping cultivate a lifestyle built on food meant to nourish. Food has a direct connection to our health, and they cultivate our food to be healthy, natural, and delicious. They pride ourselves on humanely raising the animals on lush pastures, abstaining from growth hormones and antibiotics, and ensuring only organic feed.
