Our very own Conspiracy Chef
Chicken Divan is traditionally made with mornay sauce.   So what is mornay sauce?  It is a béchamel sauce base with the addition of cheese.  Béchamel sauce is a basic French sauce using butter, flour, and milk and made famous by Julia Child. Mayonnaise is our simple and delicious twist on this classic dish!
